In this workshop we will be creatively bold and make mini landscapes. The workshop is split into 5 sections:

  1. 3-colour palette selection

  2. Line exploration & practice

  3. Blocking in the landscape

  4. Adding light and shade

  5. Adding outlines and final details

By the end of the workshop, you should have 4 bold, mini landscapes in limited palettes of your own choosing to enjoy or give as gifts.

In this demo I made an abstract watercolor painting using Abstract Composition Builder. All the layout, the colours and the patterns to use came our directly from the tool. To cut down the time the layout was ready at the beginning of the demo and I mainly focused on the most relaxing part of the process, patterns. At the end I finished the project off with watercolours.
