It is my number one paper. It comes substantially ahead of most other papers. Because of it's ruggedness this is a forgiving paper for beginners to try. Glazes retain their brilliance without having to load them with colour. Two Rivers paper will not only give you better results, but possibly help you develop your painting ability. It will also put you intouch with the kind of materials the great masters such as Turner or Girtin would have been quite at home with.
