VALUE ADDED TAX
All prices are nett of V.A.T which will be added at the rate ruling at the date of despatch.
SETTLEMENT
Credit facilities where granted are strictly 30 days nett.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to accept orders subject to :
- The price ruling at the date of despatch.
- The correction of errors and / or omissions on invoices, credit notes, and / or estimates.
Estimates will remain valid for 30 days from date of issue.
CARRIAGE, DELIVERY & EXPORT
- All deliveries will be despatched by contract carriers or, where convenient and economic, by post.
- For all countries outside the U.K special quotations will be provided on request for shipping.
- Whereas delivery dates are given in good faith they must always be subject to availability of raw materials and work load at date of order.
We must be advised by telephone of any claim for shortage or damage caused in transit with confirmation in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods. Claims for non delivery of goods must be advised in writing within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Failure to advise us within the stated times will enable the carriers to refuse liability and may mean we will have to ask for full payment.
QUALITY / DESCRIPTION
In respect of any goods supplied by Paper People Animation Supplies which shows defects due to faulty materials and / or workmanship, Paper People Animation Supplies liability will be limited to crediting their value of replacing such goods provided written notice is received by us within 30 days of delivery.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of any order for whatever cause can be made only with the seller's consent and on payment of all costs incurred. All return costs are paid by the customer and are NON refundable
TITLE
Legal ownership of goods or materials supplied by the Company does not pass to the purchaser until full payment of all outstanding monies in respect of such goods or materials is paid to the Company.
